  I was a customer of this store but not any longer after the stunt they pulled on me. I ordered pizza online without the meat component (bacon). When the pizza was picked up and brought home, bacon was slathered on the top. I rang up and almost instantly was answered, they apologised and sent out a new one delivered to my house. When I picked up a slice if the new pizza, all the toppings slid off and I found lumps of chicken all over the pizza! I rang the store four times and no one answered - it completely rang out. I had to ring another store in Toowoomba to see why they wouldn't answer their phone. The manager said there should be absolutely no reason why a phone call would be ignored. I drove back to the store and told them chicken was on the pizza (I can't eat meat). The woman (Danni?) bizarrely argued that there was chicken on my docket. I pointed at the docket very clearly that no chicken was included. If so the original pizza would have been wrong again. I was given a full refund and will never, ever go back there. It appears reading one of their own pizza dockets is too hard.
